*The registration must be in person at Mother Veronica Center.
Important Information
Our Center follows the Reading School District calendar:
- The school year runs for 9 months, beginning in September (the Monday after Labor Day) and ending on the first Saturday in June.
- We take breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas/Winter, and Easter/Spring.
- Classes are not held on national holidays or Election Day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Classes are free, but we ask students to help cover the cost of books.
Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn! We provide all necessary materials. For computer classes, we have computers available for student use.
No! Our ESL classes start with absolute beginners. For some programs we have bi-lingual or multi-lingual staff who can help with class orientation.
Program lengths vary. ESL has ongoing classes you can attend as long as needed. GED prep typically takes 3-6 months. Citizenship is 8-12 weeks. Computer skills are 6-8 weeks.
